หมอแอร์ หรือ พ.ต.อ.พญ.อัญชุลี เพ็ชรรัตน์ เป็นอดีตรองโฆษกสำนักงานตำรวจแห่งชาติ ผู้มีทั้งความสวยและความสามารถอย่างรอบด้าน เธอผลักดันตัวเองอย่างมุ่งมั่นจนสำเร็จการศึกษาด้านจิตเวชเด็กและวัยรุ่น จากคณะแพทยศาสตร์ศิริราชพยาบาล และได้เข้ารับราชการในตำแหน่งจิตแพทย์ภายใต้เครื่องแบบสีกากี ด้วยบุคลิกอ่อนหวานและมีเสน่ห์เฉพาะตัว ทำให้หมอแอร์เริ่มมีบทบาทในวงการสื่อ โดยเริ่มจากการเป็นจิตแพทย์รับเชิญในรายการโทรทัศน์ ก่อนจะขยับมาเป็นพิธีกรในรายการต่างๆ และเป็นที่รู้จักในวงกว้าง สำหรับผู้ที่สงสัยเกี่ยวกับรายได้จากการรับราชการของหมอแอร์นั้น ตามข้อมูลจากพระราชบัญญัติตำรวจแห่งชาติ พ.ศ. 2565 ซึ่งมีผลบังคับใช้ตั้งแต่เดือนตุลาคม 2565 ข้าราชการตำรวจในระดับยศพันตำรวจเอก จะได้รับเงินเดือนในระดับ ส.4 โดยมีอัตราอยู่ระหว่าง 22,700 – 70,360 บาทต่อเดือน ดังนั้น คาดว่าเงินเดือนของ พ.ต.อ.พญ.อัญชุลี เพ็ชรรัตน์ หรือหมอแอร์ จากการรับราชการตำรวจ ก็น่าจะอยู่ภายในช่วงตัวเลขดังกล่าว ขึ้นอยู่กับชั้นเงินเดือนตามอายุงานและตำแหน่งหน้าที่ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
