เรียกได้เป็นอุทาหรณ์สำหรับใครหลายคนได้เลย เมื่อเว็บไซต์ต่างประเทศ SOHA รายงานว่า หญิงวัย 70 ปี จากฮานอย ประเทศเวียดนาม มีประวัติป่วยเป็นโรคเยื่อหุ้มสมองอักเสบและความดันโลหิตสูง ปัจจุบันเนื่องจากอายุที่มากขึ้น ผู้ป่วยยังมีภาวะสมองเสื่อมตามวัยอีกด้วย นอกจากนี้ จากคำบอกเล่าของลูกสาว ยังพบอีกว่า ผู้ป่วยมักบ่นว่าปวดในช่องปาก ครอบครัวจึงคิดว่าเป็นอาการปวดฟันและพาไปตรวจที่คลินิกทันตกรรม แต่หลังจากตรวจแล้ว แพทย์พบความผิดปกติที่สงสัยว่าเป็นมะเร็งลิ้น จึงได้ทำการตรวจชิ้นเนื้อ โดย ดร.เหงียน ฮง นุง แพทย์ผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านช่องปากและใบหน้า เปิดเผยว่า ผู้ป่วยรายนี้เข้ารับการรักษาในสภาพปวดช่องปากเรื้อรัง และทานยาด้วยตัวเองแล้ว แต่อาการไม่ดีขึ้น จากนั้น ได้มีการตรวจพบก้อนเนื้องอก ขนาดประมาณ 6 เซนติเมตร ในช่องปาก ก้อนเนื้อนี้มีลักษณะแข็ง มีหลายแฉก แพร่กระจายไปยังลิ้นด้านหลัง โคนลิ้น และพื้นปากด้านซ้าย พื้นผิวของก้อนเนื้องอกมีแผลเป็นหลุมบ่อ ไม่เรียบ มีเนื้อเยื่อหลอกปกคลุม ลิ้นสามารถเคลื่อนไหวได้อย่างจำกัด และยังมีการแพร่กระจายไปยังต่อมน้ำเหลืองใต้ขากรรไกรซ้าย จากการตรวจร่างกายและผลตรวจที่จำเป็น แพทย์ได้วินิจฉัยว่า ผู้ป่วยรายนี้เป็นโรคมะเร็งลิ้น ซึ่งแพทย์ผู้เชี่ยวชาญให้ข้อมูลเพิ่มเติมว่า มะเร็งลิ้นเป็นหนึ่งในมะเร็งที่พบบ่อยที่สุดของมะเร็งในช่องปาก และเป็นอันตรายถึงชีวิต ปัจจุบันยังไม่มีข้อสรุปที่แน่ชัดเกี่ยวกับสาเหตุหลักของการเกิดมะเร็งลิ้น แต่ว่าจะมีอยู่ผู้คน […]

เกือบจัดงานศพ หนุ่มปวดท้องเป็นเดือนๆ ไม่หาย หมอผ่า “สิ่งนี้” ออกมา ตาตื่นทั้งครอบครัว! กรณีเคสทางการแพทย์หัวจะปวด เกิดขึ้นที่เมืองฝอซาน มณฑลกวางตุ้ง ประเทศจีน ชายวัยกลางคนไปโรงพยาบาลเพื่อรับการรักษา เนื่องจากมีอาการปวดท้องมาเป็นเวลา 3 เดือน เมื่อทำ CT scan ช่องท้อง พบว่ามีช่องว่างในลำไส้ใหญ่และต่อมน้ำเหลืองบวม ในตอนแรกแพทย์คิดว่าผู้ป่วยอาจมีเนื้องอกบริเวณลำไส้ ญาติแม้กระทั่งเตรียมตัวสำหรับชีวิตหลังความตาย เพราะกังวลว่าจะเป็นเนื้อร้าย ที่น่าแปลกใจก็คือหลังการผ่าตัด ปัญหาที่คนไข้รายนี้เผชิญอยู่กลับไม่ได้ร้ายแรงขนาดนั้น เมื่อแพทย์พบถึงปัญหาจึงถามผู้ป่วยอีกครั้งว่า เคยกลืนสิ่งแปลกปลอมหรือไม่? แต่หลังจากเขาพยายามคิดแล้วคิดอีก ผู้ป่วยบอกว่าเขาจำไม่ได้ว่าเคยกลืนสิ่งแปลกปลอมเข้าไปในร่างกาย ในระหว่างการผ่าตัดโดยการส่องกล้อง แพทย์พบว่ามีวัตถุแปลกปลอมที่เป็นพลาสติกยาว ติดอยู่ทะลุผนังลำไส้ยาวประมาณ 1 ซม. ทำให้เกิดการอักเสบและโป่งพอง ตรงกับตำแหน่งของก้อนการอักเสบที่ตรวจพบจากการส่องกล้องตรวจก่อนหน้านี้ หลังจากค่อยๆ ดึงสิ่งแปลกปลอมออกจึงพบว่ามันคือ “ส้อมพลาสติก” เล็กๆ ที่มักใช้จิ้มผลไม้หรือขนม หลังการผ่าตัด เจ้าหน้าที่ทางการแพทย์ได้นำวัตถุแปลกปลอมมาแสดงให้แก่ผู้ป่วยและครอบครัว เมื่อทุกคนเห็นส้อมพลาสติกยาวประมาณ 8 ซม. ก็ต่างแสดงอาการประหลาดใจอย่างมาก กระทั่งเมื่อแพทย์ถามเหตุผลอีกครั้ง ครอบครัวของผู้ป่วยจึงจำได้ว่า เมื่อไม่กี่เดือนก่อนผู้ป่วยเล่นสนุกเดิมพัน “กลืนส้อม” ขณะดื่มอยู่ในวงเหล้า เป็นสาเหตุที่ทำให้ลำไส้ของเขาได้รับความเสียหายอย่างหนัก อัลบั้มภาพ 2 […]
